Our guest contributor for this post is a man who we have never met. He lives in Southern France and has been on his own orgasmic quest. A few days ago he emailed us with his discovery that, in his own words, “It seems to me that orgasm is not really what I thought it was.” He graciously agreed to have his thoughts added to our blog so that others may learn from him.
Hello Welcomed Team,
As a man, I have intuitively applied the basic principles of Deliberate Orgasm on myself. I have noticed that the deepest sensations are felt moment by moment all along the way. Staying relaxed and aware of my sensations through deep breathing, with an inner smile, soon I find myself in a space where there is only “here”, “now”, and a sense of happiness that is beyond words.
I am doing my best to be present in my body and my sensations and feelings, breathing deeply and practicing an inner smile attitude together with a gentle expression of gratefulness. Keeping everything on a relaxation mode, and even doing some gentle stretching on particular parts of my body also help me to fully connect myself to the present moment and to be fully present.
Owing to the special message and information you are promoting, I have come to realize what it is to feel orgasmic on an almost continuous basis, as opposed to running after a future release of tension.
It seems to me that orgasm is not really what I thought it was. It seems more like a feeling which remains throughout the day and fuels every smallest action with a pleasing sensation of feeling good about oneself and about others and everything.
I wonder what may be other men’s experience regarding their quest for the valley orgasm. It seems a long journey for a man to get more and more in tune with his own sensuality, but it is a fascinating journey. I am so grateful to have found your website years ago. Reading your article about your community, I just felt like sharing what’s on my mind and in my heart a little bit.
Thank you!
