Well....oral isn't necessarily just with the penis part. While your mouth is around, your tongue gently twirling around it, massage his balls, let him know that you want all of him and not just one part. Also, when you are gently sucking, although some do prefer it a little rougher, you can nibble on it gently with the teeth, your mouth must be completely surrounding it, and you must keep it moist, you can also flick your tongue gently on top of it, but your mouth does not necessarily have to stay there all the time. You can take a break and gently massage it along your neck, your check and tease him by rubbing it against your moist lip. Now just like a woman, you know when it is time for him, however, until then, a little teasing never hurts. Now when you start the movement with your head up and down, slowly then faster and faster, make sure you have alot of tongue movement and that when your head is pushing upwards that you are sucking him hard enough as to tell him that your head is moving however, you are not ready or willing to stop or let him go.
