We have tried the one that you have pictured with the 6" dildo. It worked fairly well. The orange piece that fits into the dildo to attach it to the harness is made of a material that is not compatible with the dildo, and it soon begins to break down.
We now use a harness and dildo that we bought a Good Vibrations. It's a cloth harness with a jelly rubber dildo. It seems to work even better.
The sensation is surprisingly amazing. Being a str8 married male, I never would have imagined anal penetration to feel good, but it feels wonderful to be 'filled' and to be on the receiving end for a change. Not to mention the prostate stimulation that gives me the most strongest orgasms I ever have.
