why property out in the boonies?
We found property in extreme Northern California, that is more conducive to sensual living and teaching. We have had this website up for three years this month, we have established credibility with many people world wide. Many potential students that might require extreme discretion were reluctant to take courses with us because of our public location in SF.
While we have always assumed our students’ confidentiality, this property will afford them and us privacy. Visibility is one of the potential encumbrances of this business, it’s hard enough for people to admit that there is still something sensually, for them to learn, let alone publicly admitting they’ve taken sex courses. ( could you imagine someone like Cindy Crawford doing a testimonial for us?).
The property is located in the mountains at an elevation that has 4 seasons, which we are looking forward to. The property is nearly surrounded with coniferous forest, part of which we own, most of the rest is owned by the Sierra Pacific Lumber Company with unlimited access, and a year around trout stream within 200’ of the main house.
