Yes, you should lead up to it. Then when her panties are off, make her spread her legs or do it for her. You may want to tease her by moving your hand on her inner thigh or just brush her for a bit. With one hand, you should begin to stimulate her clit. You could place your finger on it and rub in circles for direct stimulation or around it if she's too sensitive. Then you should slowly place one finger into her vagina. You can keep your finger towards the top, where the bone is and rub or turn your finger in circular motions. You can also alternate. If you keep stimulating her clit and her vagina, she'll like it better. Make sure you begin slow at first and increase speed and pressure later on.
