Foreplay is nothing more or less than what feels good for both parties. First, you need to know what feels good for you.
Then, go slow and use your radar. You will know soon enough whether kissing on the neck or nibbling ears or touching breasts gets the juices flowing.
Listen for quickened breathing. Wathc for 'that look in her eyes.' Be sissitive to her hands, is she grabbing you or stroking.
Try things gently and see what works. If you get a reaction, go a bit further. If not, try something else.
And remember that it's the trip that counts, not the destination.
