That's not a fair response, Welcomed. Some people have issues that affect their sexual freedom (or sometimes lack of it). There may come a time when he's ready to do this, but it needs to be on his time. If she cares for him, she will not pressure him to do anything he is uncomfortable with. When (if ever) he is ready, then it will be a mutual thing. If the relationship cannot survive this, then maybe they're not sexually compatible, or compatible in other ways, for that matter.
