The harness from good vibrations does not work any better than the one pictured, but it is a better (more comfortable and easier to clean) harness. They both work, but I recommend spending the extra money and getting one that is comfortable and versatile.

As far as getting your wife "into it", I'm not really sure what to say. I kind of introduced my wife to it gradually. I first of all told her that I enjoyed anal stimulation. Once she got used to that idea, I told her that I even had tried penetration and had found that pleasurable.
