What we know for sure is, general knowledge of orgasm is based on male viewpoints, and that males do not achieve appreciably better orgasm until they have learned to produce superior orgasm in a woman.

Based on the man’s ability to produce a superior orgasm in a woman, yes he is able to experience fully the intensity and duration of a woman that gets off well.

These things require training.
