I think you can do something. Rather than being intimidated look at it this way, you know what you are dealing with. She isn't faking orgasm to make you feel good, so it sounds like you've got an honet woman there. However more than looking for techniques or going for that ellusive real orgasm I would suggest keeping sex fun and learning more about her body in the process. I am speaking from experience because I had trouble relaxing and having orgasms when I was trying too hard at it. I have learned alot here though and now things are different for us - in a good way.
