Here is a tip. To keep her legs from getting cold and possibly cramping, buy her some thigh-high legwarmers, available online from suppliers of dance apparel. Sometimes they are called “adult” or “extra-long” legwarmers. They can be very attractive, particularly in pastels. Both cotton and acrylic are fine. My partner prefers acrylic because they feel slightly softer and do not shrink.

Now, if only I could talk her into routinely wearing thigh-high legwarmers and pleated miniskirts around the house. She (or I) would be toast.
