Let me suggest that I 've found a way to accomplish this without denying her. Just before the point of no return, I start to slow and ease up stimulation ever so slightly, not so much that she starts to come down, but just enough that she does indeed go over, but as she progresses through the orgasm, I gradually give her just a tiny bit less stimulation than she would take for herself. As her convulsions begin to subside I continue to ease and slow, gradually not touching her at all, to try to make sure that her clit still wants to be touched even after the orgasm has run it's course, but I dare not touch it immediately or she will withdraw. By doing this, she will have indeed had an over the top orgasm but, after only a short time, will be ready for additional clitoral stimulation and another orgasm, and she'll probably still be erect. I've been able to fine tune this technique to the point that it doesn't matter how big her initial orgasm is, she is starting to anticipate another one right away. Not proceding after the first orgasm often leaves my partner "satisfied, but still wanting." I use this as a way to keep my lover's appetite stimulated between playtimes.
