A reasonable reading of that sentence in the context of the poster's question can yield a couple interpretations.

Another way to answer his question might be:

It is impossible to know whether the peak of a woman's orgasm feels to a woman the same as the peak of a man's orgasm feels to a man. The peak(s) and denoument(s) of a woman's orgasm(s) are demonstrably and anecdotally more variable than those of a man's. A Woman's Orgasm has rich potential for varying sensations and customized degrees of intensity, and this Board is devoted to the study of those sensations and those degrees.
