The tissue you mention in the center is her urethral sponge, and yes the groove you mention is very sensational. From what I understand you are actually able to access the inner leg of her clitoris. I do know it feels very good, and even better when I am engorged. There is one on the other side as well.

All of the Welcomed Consensus videos I have seen have an anatomy segment and the Thunkspots video also shows the internal anatomy and several other sensational spots just like the one you found. I would love to see more information like this.

Have you done any more investigating lately?
