I also use gel and a safety razor,every day tho to keep it smooth as possible(Plus,then I am ALWAYS ready!!!)It is a high maintenence thing,but I think it is worth it...It is also a bit of a turn on to keep myself "prepped",when I am shaving I just think of how smooth,and how good it feels..and I am raring to go!!!
